Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

1. Date Rescheduling

We understand timelines may shift. Rescheduling requests received at least 30 days prior to the event date will be accommodated subject to calendar availability.

2. Cancellation & Advance Tokens

Advance booking tokens reserve Sneha's exclusive calendar availability for your date and prevent other bookings. Retainers are non-refundable in the event of client cancellation within 30 days of the wedding/event date.

3. Studio Emergencies

In the rare event of severe medical emergency or force majeure preventing Sneha Suman's attendance, a verified senior master artist of equivalent caliber will be deployed or a full refund provided.
